Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an authentic traditional practice based on ancient teachings. It is so much more than just a physical yoga practice, it is a lifestyle that over time helps to detoxify impurities in the body and mind, helping us to tap into our emotional being and gain spiritual awareness, cultivating both a steady and calm mind, leading to inner peace.

4 hour interactive workshop to accommodate all levels from beginner to more established students.

Learn more about a traditional Indian yoga practice through the 8 steps of Ashtanga Yoga.

The workshop will focus on a little philosophy and the 4 fundamental features of the practice – Breath, Bandhas (energy locks), Drishti (focus point) and Vinyasa (movement).

You will experience an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class with relaxation and mini head massages

Enjoy refreshments

Practice simple but effective breathing techniques to help calm both body and mind and end the day with a guided mediation to completely absorb all the amazing positive energy you will have just created in your practice!
